Shipping &Delivery policies

Upon payment we will process your order right away using First Class Mail. If you are purchasing an item that is currently in stock we will ship within 1-2 business day of your purchase. If you are purchasing a made to order item (which also includes items that require a customized size)please allow up to 7 business days for us to create your item and ship it to you accordingly. If you would like it shipped sooner then you will need to contact us about which method you would prefer and making the appropriate shipping cost to do so.
Note: International Buyers please be aware of your countries shipping policies before purchasing. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any additional custom fees or taxes you may occur upon your packages arrival.
Returns & exchanges

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt, and notify me IMMEDIATELY if damaged. I will work with you to make your experience a satisfactory one. I require photos of the damaged item along with the packaging (please save it) for the purpose of providing proof to Canada Post. Upon proof of damage, a full refund will be issued.
If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your puchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a refund. Items must be returned in same kind of packaging and condition (unworn) as sent and at the expenses of you the buyer. Tracking and insurance may be required on returns depending on the value of the item.
"Please be sure to review carefully all the detailed descriptions and different photos of the item before making your purchase", as it is this item that you will receive.
